I was referred to Shilo and his team at the Recovery Lab due to a back and shoulder injury after a bike fall. Shilo was able to arrive to the same conclusion as my doctor without the need for any x-rays or MRI. After he diagnosed the issue, he then found the root of my pain and relieved the pain within a single orthopedic therapy session. Every single visit was effective, professional, unique, focused, and educational. Not only have I fully recovered from my injury, but I was also taught functional range conditioning exercises for my back and shoulder for mobility and strength. I can’t recommend Shilo and the recovery lab enough! :)
